Overview

Congrats 🎉 You’ve successfully run your campaigns, received plenty of replies, and now it’s time to analyze what worked, what didn’t, and why.

Good news: La Growth Machine (LGM) gives you full access to your data so you can extract valuable insights and optimize your sales prospecting strategy.

Key benefits

  • Full visibility into campaign and lead performance

  • Easy CSV exports for Google Sheets or Excel

  • Faster identification of hot leads and friction points

  • Better segmentation, messaging, and conversion rates over time

What data is available in La Growth Machine campaign reports?

Analyzing your campaigns is essential to becoming a strong sales performer.
As former sales reps ourselves, we know how critical these metrics are—so we make them fully accessible.

From your campaign dashboard, you can see:

  • All leads: total number of leads activated in the campaign

  • Contacted: leads who received at least one LinkedIn or email message
Note: a LinkedIn invitation note counts as a message

  • Replied: number of leads who replied

  • Won: leads manually qualified as
Interested / Call booked / Negotiating / Ready to buy / Converted

  • Lost: leads manually qualified as
Not interested / Wrong target / Already equipped / Cannot contact

Note: lead qualification is available starting from the Pro plan.

You’ll also see:

  • LinkedIn accepted request: leads you’re connected with or were already connected to

  • Leads requiring attention: leads that need action to move forward in the campaign

How to export your data and what to analyze in Excel or Google Sheets

Your data isn’t locked inside LGM—far from it 💪
You can export your leads at any time.

How to export your leads

  1. Select the leads you want (or click Select all)

  2. Click the Export button

  3. A CSV file is generated automatically

What’s included in the CSV file?

Contact information

  • First name and last name

  • Work email, personal email, and phone number (if found)

  • LinkedIn bio

  • Job title

Performance data

  • LinkedIn connection status + connection date

  • Email opens (count + last open date)

  • Email clicks (count + last click date)

  • Replies (date + full reply content)

  • Lead status in the campaign

  • Lead qualification status (crucial for opportunity tracking)

Analyses you can run with this data

  • Analyze replies using ChatGPT 🤖

  • Calculate the percentage of calls booked per contacted lead

  • Identify hot leads based on high open or click activity

  • Compare performance by segment, channel, or message

As they say: the sky is the limit 🚀

What advanced filters are available in La Growth Machine?

Exports are powerful, but most of the time you just want to take action quickly.
That’s why LGM also provides built-in advanced filters.

Available filters

You can filter leads by:

  • Lead qualification status

  • Subscription type

  • Replies

  • Email data: opens, clicks, bounces

  • Enriched data: has email OR phone

  • LinkedIn connection status

  • Goal reached: has reached the campaign goal

Once filtered, you can export these leads using the same CSV process.

Filtering by lead qualification status

Lead qualification is one of the most important KPIs you should track.

Useful analyses

  • Analyze replies from “Not interested” leads to understand objections

    • Directly in the interface

    • Or via CSV export (reply content is included)

  • For leads marked as “Bad timing”:

    • Move them to a new campaign to relaunch in two months

    • Or use “Remind me later” 📅 directly from the inbox

Filtering by subscription type (unsubscribed leads)

Subscription type is linked to the unsubscribe feature, which prevents a lead from ever being contacted again.

A high unsubscribe rate is a very bad signal:

  • Your targeting may be off

  • Your messages may be too frequent or irritating

Recommended analysis

  • If more than 10% of leads unsubscribe:

    • Improve your segmentation

    • Rework your copywriting

Filtering by email status (opened, clicked, bounced)

Email engagement is a strong signal of intent.

Useful analyses

Filtering by enriched data

LGM enriches leads with:

  • Emails

  • Phone numbers

  • LinkedIn profiles

Useful analyses

  • Leads without emails → enrich manually and launch a new campaign

  • Leads with phone numbers → prioritize cold calling 📞

  • Or schedule manual tasks directly in your sequences

Filtering by LinkedIn connection status

LGM automatically detects:

  • Leads you’re already connected with

  • Leads who accepted your connection request

Useful analyses

What actions can you take after your analysis?

Analyzing is great—but taking action is where results happen 💥
From within your campaigns, you can:

  • Pause leads (stop outreach without losing data)

  • Resume leads at any time

  • Add notes to individual leads

  • Move leads to another audience to relaunch now or later

  • Change subscription status (manual unsubscribe)
