In your LGM campaign overview, you can filter leads using the Replied filter to display only the ones who answered you:
You can then click Select all → Export to download a .CSV file containing all responses collected in your campaign.
If you want all email replies from every campaign to be automatically filed in Google Sheets, you can choose to sync them with Zapier before launching your campaign.

Preparing your Google Sheet
Before building your Zap, create a new spreadsheet dedicated to tracking replies.
Name your columns according to the information you want to track. These columns must match fields available in LGM.
You can include:
First name
Last name
Company
Email
LinkedIn URL
Campaign name
Email body
Tip: The clearer your columns are, the easier your data will be to analyze later.
