LGM gives you the ability to directly qualify your leads with a tag to measure and analyze the results of your campaigns more accurately.
Table of contents:
First things to know about our qualification feature
Leads can only be qualified related to a specific campaign.
If a lead has not been part of a campaign, it cannot be qualified.
Qualifying a lead in a campaign helps to track the success of that campaign and maintain a record of lead prospecting history. Furthermore, if you relaunch a campaign for the same lead, you can qualify it again based on the new campaign.
This feature is available from the Pro plan
How to qualify a lead with a tag?
Step 1: Launch a campaign on your lead
Step 2: Qualify your lead based on the campaign
The leads who responded to your campaign get tagged as To Qualify.
Step 3: Analyze the success of your campaign.
The tags belong to categories: Replied, Won, and Lost.
Every time you assign a tag to a lead, it is counted in one of these categories.
In the example below, out of 1400 responses, 143 leads were tagged as Won, which is 10.2% of the total responses.
Can a lead have a general tag?
❌ A tag is necessarily linked to a campaign
Example: I launched a Prospecting campaign, my lead replied, and I tagged them as "Interested" in that campaign.

How does the automatic Out-of-Office detection work?
Plan Pro or Ultimate
LGM automatically detects if your lead is out of the office based on their email responses. If this is the case, LGM will automatically apply the out-of-office tag to the lead.
It's important to note that when this tag is applied, the lead's email is not counted as a reply, and it does not impact your campaign's reply rate.
What happens once your lead is marked as Out Of Office?
If the lead has provided a return date: In this scenario, the campaign sequence will resume on day J+3 after the announced return date.
If the lead has not provided a return date: The lead enters a Pause status, and you will need to manually restart the campaign.
Plan Basic
LGM does not automatically detect if the lead is Out Of Office. However, you can manually apply the tag if needed.
Is it possible to link multiple tags to a lead in a campaign?
❌ A lead can only have one tag in a campaign.
Is it possible to use a tag as a trigger to update the lifecycle state in my CRM?
✅ You can update the lifecycle state of your lead following the association of a tag.
Is it possible to trigger a Zapier or API action with a tag?
✅ Absolutely, you can use tags as triggers to activate an API or Zapier action.
Is a log generated in my CRM for each lead qualification?
✅ A log is generated in your CRM for each new tag associated with the lead in the campaign.
Can I qualify my leads from the Inbox?
✅ You can qualify your leads from the Inbox.
Please note: The chosen tag will be associated with the last campaign that sent a message.
Summarize
To summarize, you can :
Qualify your leads in your campaigns using tags
Trigger actions elsewhere based on this qualification.
Each time a lead is in a campaign, it will have its specific qualification for that campaign. So if the lead is in 2 campaigns, it will have 2 tags.
