Congratulations on successfully completing your campaigns and receiving a ton of replies!

Now it's time to dive into the analytics and extract valuable insights that can help you enhance your sales prospecting: what worked, what didn't, and why?

Table of contents

What stats and data are available on LaGrowthMachine's campaign report?

Analyzing your campaigns is fundamental to being a good sales prospector. As former salespeople ourselves, we understand the importance of this data to you. That's why we provide it to help you analyze what happened.

Engagement Stats Overview

With the General View, you can see in real-time who has reached which point in your workflow. This helps you understand what has happened. If you had conditions within it, you can see in real-time how many people have reached those conditions. Perhaps a condition was placed too early in your workflow, and you lost some leads. Or maybe not. Only you know what's best for you!

A video is worth a thousand words, here's a short one with all the info you need to know:

How to export the data and what analysis can I do with it in a Google Sheet or Excel?

But is this data internal to LGM? Of course not. We give you the ability to export your leads. To do so, simply select the desired leads or click "Select All" to export all of them by clicking the button on the right. This will generate a CSV file.

This CSV all the information you need pieces of information, including all the contact information:

  • First name and last name

  • Professional email, personal email, and phone number if found

  • LinkedIn bio

  • Job title

But also performance information such as:

  • If you're connected with each lead, with the connection date indicated

  • The number of times each lead opens your email, with the last date of the last email open

  • The number of times each lead clicked on your email, with the last date of the last email click

  • The Reply date and the content of the reply!

  • The status of the lead in the campaign

  • The Lead Qualification status - helpful to qualify opportunities

Analyzing this data can help you understand what worked and what did not, doing analysis such as :

  • Parsing all the replies in chatGPT to analyze the content of the answers!

  • Producing statistics based on the Lead Qualification status, such as the percentage of calls booked per lead contacted!

  • Identifying hot leads based on signals such as a high number of email opens, or email clicks

The sky is the limit :)

What are the advanced filters available and how should I use them?

Data exports are available for the most expert users of LaGrowthMachine. Most of you just need to identify a quick part of your audience and play with them fast!

That is why we have pre-built filters in the app as well.

You can use the following criteria to filter your leads:

LGM will display the specific leads corresponding to the filter's status. If you want to export them, follow the same procedure as explained before.

Filtering by Lead Qualification Status

Lead Qualification allows you to qualify for opportunities and measure the performance of your campaign. They are the single most important stats you should always keep track of.

Analysis you could do with them :

  • Analyzing the replies of all the "Not Interested" - to understand why they were not interested and improve over time

You can do so on the fly, as replies are available on mouse over

Or by exporting the data - don't forget the content of the replies is also in the exported CSV!

  • Prepare a campaign for later with the "Wrong Timing" - transfer them into a new campaign to launch in two months.

Or better, directly in the inbox, set a reminder with the Snooze feature

Filtering by Subscription Type

Subscription type relates to the unsubscribe feature, which went enabled, will allow your lead to stop the sequence and prevent it from being ever recontacted.

If you have many unsubscribes, this is a very bad sign :

  • Your targeting is wrong

  • Your (many?) messages irritated your leads

Analysis you could do with them :

Filtering by Email status (opens, clicks, bounces)

Emails status will allow you to track opens, clicks, and bounces. They can be great signals of interest by your leads :

Analysis you could do with them :

Filtering by Enriched Data

Analysis you could do with them :

Filtering by connection status on LinkedIn

LaGrowthMachine automatically identified when you're already connected with a lead, or as soon as they accept your connection request.

Analysis you could do with them :

Obviously, there is more that can be done as you'll become an LGM expert!

What actions can I take on the leads after my analysis is done?

It's all great to be able to do so many analyses, but what can I do next with my results? That's what the Lead Management Actions are for!

Within the campaign, you have the following options:

  • Pause leads: they will not be contacted again, but you can unpause them whenever you want.

  • Resume leads: unpause them.

  • Add notes: you can add notes to specific leads, which will be displayed in their lead information.

  • Add them to a new audience: to reactivate them in another campaign now or later!

  • Edit Subscription: to manually unsubscribe leads!

And voilà! You are now a pro at exporting and managing your leads. Congratulations! If you want, you can learn how to improve your reply rates by choosing the right communication channel.

It’s your turn now!

Now that you know how to collect and export your data, you just have to analyze it. Here’s some article that can help you to analyze this data
