Here’s how to connect Pipedrive, map your fields, and import your list in just a few clicks.

Importing a Pipedrive list into LGM

Connect to Pipedrive and map needed fields

If you haven’t already, start by connecting your Pipedrive account from your settings.

Important: Field mapping is a critical step to avoid data issues.

Most default LGM lead fields also exist in Pipedrive, but some custom fields may need to be matched manually.

This ensures that:

  • the right info gets stored in the right place during the import

  • enriched data is synced back correctly into Pipedrive

  • your CRM stays clean and consistent 🔄

Import your list

  1. Go to the Leads section.

  2. Click Import leads.

  3. Select Import from CRM.

  4. Choose the Pipedrive list you want to import.

  5. Select an existing audience or create a new one.

What information does LGM need to contact your leads?

La Growth Machine reaches out to your leads through LinkedIn, email, and Twitter. Some information is required to activate them properly.

Imports with LinkedIn profile URLs

  • LinkedIn URL: the ideal setup

  • Lets us fetch profile information

  • Enables automatic enrichment with work emails and Twitter accounts

Imports with email addresses

If your leads already have enriched email addresses, great.

Note: LGM applies a data-primacy rule — if you import an email, we keep it, even if we find another one.
