How to import leads from Hubspot?

You’ve already got a list of contacts sitting in HubSpot and want to import them directly into La Growth Machine?

Great news! it’s totally doable and super simple.

Here’s how to connect HubSpot, map your fields, and import your list in just a few clicks.

Importing a Hubspot list into LGM

Connect HubSpot and map your fields

If you haven’t already, start by connecting your HubSpot account from your settings.

Important: Field mapping is a critical step to avoid data issues.

Most default LGM lead fields also exist in HubSpot, but some custom fields may need to be matched manually.

This ensures that:

  • the right info gets stored in the right place during the import

  • enriched data is synced back correctly into HubSpot

  • your CRM stays clean and consistent 🔄

Import your list

  1. Go to the Audience section.

  2. Click Import leads.

  3. Select Import from CRM.

  4. Choose the HubSpot list you want to import and choose if you don't want to import already contacted leads (Leads already contacted in LGM across all identities won't be imported).

  5. Select an existing audience or create a new one.

And that’s it — you’re done! Easy as pie. 🎉

Exclude already contacted leads


​You can also skip any lead already present in your CRM or exclude only specific CRM lists (customers, open deals, or disqualified leads...)

Option 1: From import, toggle "Skip already contacted leads"

Option 2: From your campaign Settings, toggle “Skip leads that already exist”.

Choose whether to block all CRM leads or only selected CRM lists.

When the campaign starts, La Growth Machine checks your CRM (email, ID, etc.).

If the lead is already in your CRM, it is excluded from the start and will not be contacted.

You can track excluded lists in your Action Details log and Lead Overview.

Your imports on Autopilot

Last but not least, you can sync dynamic CRM lists without lifting a finger (from the Pro plan)!
New contacts entering your HubSpot "dynamic lists" are pulled into LGM each day.

  1. Toggle the Continuous Import
    Turn on the option to “import new leads every day”.

  2. LGM runs the initial import
    We pull in all leads that match your criteria.

  3. New leads will be added automatically

    • For LinkedIn intent and CRM sources. LGM adds new leads every day.

  4. No duplicates. No wasted credits.

    • Existing audience members are not re-imported.

    • Only non-pre-enriched leads are sent to enrichment, so you do not burn credits on contacts you already have.

      • New leads will be automatically enriched, no need for manual work here either.

You can pause Continuous Import at any time from your audiences list.

What information does LGM need to contact your leads?

La Growth Machine reaches out to your leads through LinkedIn, email, and Twitter. Some information is required to activate them properly.

Imports with LinkedIn profile URLs

  • LinkedIn URL: the ideal setup

  • Lets us fetch profile information

  • Enables automatic enrichment with work emails and Twitter accounts

Imports with email addresses

If your leads already have enriched email addresses, great.

Note: LGM applies a data-primacy rule — if you import an email, we keep it, even if we find another one.

How do I connect HubSpot to La Growth Machine?

You can connect HubSpot from your LGM settings under the integrations section. Just follow the prompts and authorize access.

Can I import multiple HubSpot lists?

Yes! You can import as many HubSpot lists as you want, as long as they appear in your HubSpot account.

What happens if a field in my lead doesn’t exist in HubSpot?

You can map that field to a custom HubSpot property. This ensures proper data syncing.

Does LGM replace the emails I import?

No. Because of the data-primacy rule, LGM always keeps the email you imported.

Can I enrich my leads after importing them?
