La Growth Machine Inbox was created to help SDRs, growth people and recruiters spend less time switching between all their tools. We hope you're busy and that you're getting lots of messages from the leads you've activated through La Growth Machine.

A lot of responses means that you need to stay organized in order not to miss out on an opportunity it's why you can set a reminder 😎

Table of contents :

What is a reminder and when should i use it ?

Sometimes you or one of your team members write to a lead but they do not reply immediately. You are waiting for their reply and don't want to follow up for a while. The reminder feature is there to help you clean up your inbox and remind you to follow up with that lead if they haven't replied by a date you set (at the next day, or the following week, for example).

Your snoozed conversations will still active, but temporarily on hold.

👉 If you or one of your team members set a reminder, the conversation will be snoozed for all of you.

A snoozed conversation will be re-opened if :

  • The snooze time is over.

As per any existing conversation, newly replied messages will be displayed on top of your inbox.

  • You snooze your conversation when you want to remind the conversation later (you're waiting an answer from your lead, or want to come back to him at in the future).

  • Your archive a conversation when your conversation has ended.

It's up to you now!
