Don't navigate between all your messaging tools, simplify your life by using inbox

In the Inbox section, you will find all the messages (mail, LinkedIn DM) sent from your La Growth Machine campaigns. You can also find all the answers of your leads and answer them directly from La Growth Machine application.

How does it work?

Which leads are in the inbox?

For privacy reasons (working as a team or for a client ?), you won't find all your email / LinkedIn conversations. Only those started on leads activated using La Growth Machine.

To say it differently: In the inbox, you can find any conversation (initiated by LGM or not) with leads that have been activated at least once using La Growth Machine, i.e. who have been in at least one campaign. All your emails and DMs sent from your messenger apps to people you never spoke to using LGM will not be visible in your inbox.

Available information

For a given lead, you will have a complete overview of what happened:

  • Lead information

  • History of the lead

  • Mails are sent automatically with stats (opening rate, clicks)

  • LinkedIn DMs are sent automatically

  • Twitter DMs - coming soon

  • Mails and LinkedIn DMs received

  • Mails and LinkedIn DMs sent manually from your messaging app or the LGM inbox

How and when are the messages synchronized?

All the messages sent from ..... will be available in your inbox. To keep synchronizing your messages, your widget must be open. So, whether you send a message from LGM or another messaging tool (mail or Linkedin), you will be able to find the messages in your inbox!

New message notifications

As soon as one of your leads replies to your LinkedIn messages or emails, a notification appears. All you have to do is click on it to open the conversations:

Next to your identity, you will find red dots: they represent the number of unread conversations

💡 Note: When you read a mail or DM in your LGM Inbox, it won't be marked as read in your mail application or LinkedIn.

Reply to my leads

From the LGM Inbox, you can reply from LinkedIn and email channels. The Twitter response is not available yet.

You can answer in the same thread as the last email or write a new email by clicking on the arrow next to the reply button (like below).

💡 To send a mail to a lead he must have a pro or personal mail (according to your settings). To send a DM to a lead, the identity must be connected with him on LinkedIn.

Inbox and team management

All members of your organization will have access to the same inbox. To make it easier to find your leads, don't hesitate to filter the list as below. This way, only the leads activated by this identity will be displayed.

💡 You don't remember the difference between identities and members, don't hesitate to refresh your memory by reading this article.

Good to know:

  • All members can read a conversation and reply straight from the LGM Inbox. In all cases, the messages will be sent from the identity (mail / LinkedIn) the campaign was launched from.

  • As soon as one of the members has read the message, it will be noted as read for all the team members in your LGM Inbox

  • As soon as one member has replied to a message, all team members will be able to see the reply

  • All members of the organization will be notified as soon as a lead responds to a message
