LGM inbox lists all your LinkedIn + Email conversations with your leads.

Reminder: We show conversations by leads, not by channels!

All your conversations are grouped into a single thread, so you can get the full picture.

To easily manage your leads, you can filter conversations by keyword, category, campaign, or status:

Filter by conversation category

Leads who replied

Every conversation where the lead answered at least once. Only leads you engaged with via your LGM Campaign(s) are shown.

This allows you to have all your leads centralized in one place.

Note: Archived conversation, Snoozed conversation and leads who didn't reply are not shown.

Remind later

Every conversation with a reminder.

Once the snooze period has expired they will reappear in your list of active conversations.
What if the lead replies before the snooze period is up?

The lead automatically returns to active.

Expert advice: As soon as you have replied to your lead, think to set a reminder. This will give you a better overview of your leads.

Favourites

Show leads you previously marked as favorites.

Expert advice: bookmark warm leads to keep them at the top!

Not replied

Every conversation where the lead never answered

Archived

All conversations you have decided to remove from your active ones.

Uninterested lead...
Please note that if an archived lead has responded to you it will move to active conversation.

Filter by campaign

If you want to analyze a particular campaign or be able to see the particular leads you generated from it, it's possible, choose campaigns.

Filter by status

Simple and easy, with this filter you can decide to display only unread, read, or both read and unread conversations.

Filter by name

Want to review a particular conversation? Looking for a lead? You can use the search bar to find them!
