La Growth Machine Inbox was created to help SDRs, growth people, and recruiters spend less time switching between all their tools. We hope you're busy and that you're getting lots of messages from the leads you've activated through La Growth Machine.

A lot of replies means that you need to stay organized in order not to miss an opportunity.

This is where the "archiving" feature comes into play 🤘

Table of contents :

Why should I archive a conversation?

In the following cases, you may want to archive your conversation so that it does not appear in your active inbox:

  • Your lead is converted

  • Your lead doesn't want to be contacted anymore

  • Your lead is not in the company anymore

  • You made a mistake, it's not the good lead (wrong job position)

Archive a conversation

On the conversation list on the left, once you are on the conversation :

  1. Click on the menu icon

  2. Select the Archive option

  3. Your conversation disappeared of your opened conversation list

💡 If the conversation was previously archived, you can "unarchive" it the same way.

👉 When you archive a conversation, it will be archived for all other members too.

What happens if a lead sends me a message on an archived conversation?

Your conversation will be reopened automatically, and placed at the top (as per any new reply).

Find your archived conversations

If you want to find your archived conversations, you can use the archive filter. Only your archived conversations will appear.

When do I snooze or archive a conversation?

  • You snooze your conversation when you want to remember the conversation later (you're waiting for an answer from your lead, or want to come back to him at in the future).

  • You archive a conversation when your conversation has ended.

It's up to you now!
