Stop the synchronization

You don't want to sync your conversation with a particular lead? No problem, LGM lets you stop the message sync for one or more leads. Neither you nor any of the other members will see the next emails / DMs sent or received.

On the conversation list on the left, once you are on the conversation :

  1. Click on the menu icon

  2. Select the "Stop syncing" option

  3. Your conversation won't be synced again

💡 Be careful when you stop LGM Inbox synchronization: emails sent from LGM campaigns will no longer be visible in your inbox.

Re-start the synchronization

You have changed your mind or made a mistake? Don't panic, you can restart LGM Inbox synchronization for a specific lead :

  1. Click on your conversation

  2. At the end of the conversation click on "Resume syncing"

  3. Your conversation will be synced again (it may take a few minutes though)
