Stop the synchronization
You don't want to sync your conversation with a particular lead? No problem, LGM lets you stop the message sync for one or more leads. Neither you nor any of other members will see the next emails / DMs sent or received.
On the conversation list on the left, once you are on the conversation :
Click on the menu icon
Select the "Stop syncing" option
Your conversation won't be synced again
💡 Be careful when you stop LGM Inbox synchronization: emails sent from LGM campaigns will no longer be visible in your inbox.
Re-start the synchronization
You have changed your mind or made a mistake? Don't panic, you can restart LGM Inbox synchronization for a specific lead :
Click on your conversation
At the end of the conversation click on "Resume syncing"
Your conversation will be synced again (it may take a few minutes though)
