A lot of responses mean that you need to stay organized in order not to miss out on an opportunity and even more on a very important opportunity.
This is where the "Favourite" feature is important: you can mark a conversation as a favorite to highlight/bookmark it.

Mark as favourite
On the conversation list on the left, once you are on the conversation :
Click on the menu icon
Select the “Favourite” option
The icon ★ appears near the avatar
👉 When you mark a conversation as a favorite, it will be marked as a favourite only for you!
Delete from favorites
On the conversation list on the left, once you are on the conversation :
Click on the menu icon
Select the “Remove Favourite” option
The icon ★ disappears near the avatar
Find your favorite conversations
If you want to find your favorite conversations, you can use the favorite filter. And only your favourite conversations will appear.
