Creating your own shared workspace
How does a shared workspace work
The account and a first member are automatically created when signing up on LGM. This first member can invite others into the workspace.
What can new members do and what do they have access to?
They have access to the entire account and can create campaigns, import leads from an identity or simply contribute to reply to your leads via the inbox.
If you had multiple accounts on LGM until now and would like to migrate them all to the same organization, you have to ask the support team from the chatbot in-app or at [email protected].
Note: Merging accounts is only possible if the 2 accounts are on the same pricing plan.
Differences between identities and members
An Identity and a Member are different
Member: You can have as many members as your plan allows in an LGM account. Members have access to the entire account. They can create campaigns, import leads from an identity, or reply to your leads.
Each member's account is free.
Identity: An identity corresponds to 1 sales/growth/recruiting people. One identity has a LinkedIn, Twitter, and mail account. This identity is used to launch campaigns.
Each identity is billed.
Invite a member: step by step
Go to the “Member Tab”
Click on « Invite Members »
Enter your team members emails and click on « Send invitation »
The invitation will be sent. Your team member has to click on the link before 30 days to join your account.
You’re all set to onboard new members!
Why should you have a shared workspace?
Pooling leads for deduplication
By belonging to the same workspace on LGM, you share the leads within the same space. No need to ask yourself if a colleague has already contacted a lead or what actions have already been taken... Everyone has access to the same information and everything is simplified thanks to LGM's deduplication function.
As the audiences are stored on the same account: you can identify leads that have already been contacted within LGM using our 'Audience count' > 'only leads in multiple audiences'
Pooling campaigns
By belonging to the same organization on LGM, you have access to all your colleagues' campaigns. No need to take screenshots to share stats or to share your login/password. Each member has access to the same information and can manage all the campaigns.
Moreover, if you decide to use the same campaigns and copywriting, you can share them across organizations.
Pooling Zapier and integrations
You can connect several services with LGM (Zappier, webhook, API ...). Its integrations are done at the organization level. Only one member of the organization has to set up its integrations and all the other members will be able to use them.
Manage multiple identities
No need to share logins: each member has his own.
If you want your Sales to be autonomous on LGM, they’ll be able to easily identify and import their leads from Linkedin on their own.
Using the LGM Inbox, you could even go as far as replying to the leads for your team since you'll also have access to their conversations from the Inbox as well
Note: By default, in trial, you only have access to a single identity. But as you grow, you can add up as many identities as you need! Don't forget that our pricing is per active identity!
