As an agency, you may be wondering “How can I manage my clients' campaigns within LGM ?”. Here is the answer: It’s how you want!

Table of contents

Overview

In LGM, you can have multiple identities. You can manage them in two different ways:

  1. All-in-one: All identities into the same account

  2. Separate: You can distribute your identities between different accounts

Option 1 - Regrouping everything

You can regroup all of your identities into a single organization, even for different clients. Here, you can see that we have several identities under the same account :

Once all the identities are connected, you can manage all campaigns and leads, and even handle replies using the Inbox, if you wish to.

Advantages of this approach

  • You centralize everything

  • You control the automatization of all identities

  • You have a centralized lead portfolio meaning you can share leads between your different identities/customer

Disadvantages

  • You cannot connect several CRMs (Hubspot or Pipedrive, just one natively synchronized. Otherwise, you’ll need to use Zapier!

  • There are no permission rules. This means that if you invite your clients as members of the account, they will see all the campaigns/leads/identities of all your other clients as well...

Option 2 - Separate accounts

Another possible approach consists of creating separate accounts for each of your clients.

Advantages of this approach :

  • You can let your client manager itself and be responsible for his performance. You just have to set up everything, and you’ll bring him a solution key in hand.

  • Each client has an account and no access to other customers' data

  • You can have a separate view of each client's performance and a much more personalized monitoring

  • You can connect one CRM by account

Disadvantages of this approach

  • If you're letting your client manage his account, he's responsible for his performance which also means he can ruin his performance

  • You will have to switch between different accounts to manage them

  • You will not have a centralized lead portfolio (still you can export leads via CSV and import them into another account ;))

It’s up to you now!
