Sometimes, you may need to create recurring campaigns, such as sending an invitation or a greeting email to new website registrants.
Previously, you may have been creating a new campaign each week, duplicating the previous one, and adding new leads. However, did you know that you can add leads to the same campaign, even if there are no more actions to take? This can save you a lot of time.

How does it work?
It’s pretty simple. A campaign is never really done, unless you pause it (see our article When my campaign is done). So you can add infinite leads to your campaign, and they will proceed automatically, as it was launched recently. There are several ways to do it, we’ll see how
By adding leads to an audience manually
When you launch a campaign, the campaign is linked to an audience. All the leads will be treated automatically. It means that every time you add a lead to an audience linked to a campaign, they will receive the messages that you have written in the campaign. For that, just add the lead to the audience you want. It can be via Linkedin, CSV or manually. And voilà, it’s done, automatically.
By adding leads via Zapier/API
It’s the same principle as before: leads can be added via API (see our documentation) or via a Zap. We have thousands of integrations that you can see here. Choose the trigger that you want in your app, and then choose the action “Create a lead in an audience”.
Managing leads: Through the lead table
In the lead table within LGM, you can choose several leads and move them from one lead table to another. Easy and fast
Managing leads: Through the activity part
When you have a campaign done, you will surely analyze what worked or not. Through the activity part of your campaign, you will be able to move your leads. For that, just pick the leads you want to move on your campaign through the edit block. You’ll be able to move them to another audience
Managing leads: By adding leads via the “Add to the audience” block
If you're on the ultimate plan, you can create your own sequence using our "Custom Sequences" feature.
What's particularly interesting about this feature is the ability to add an "Add to audience" block. This block allows you to add a lead to a specific audience of your choosing once a certain condition is met.
Here, in our example, we choose to create to separate audience for the leads accept our invitation and for the leads who don't.
Managing leads: Via a webhook
If you're on the ultimate plan, you can create your own sequence using our "Custom Sequences" feature. You can also use a Webhook to send a lead to Zapier and then use it to add him to an audience for example
