How it works

A campaign is never truly finished unless you pause it (see our article “When is my campaign finished?”).

You can add unlimited leads to a campaign, and they will continue automatically as if they were just launched. There are several ways to do this.

Add leads to an audience manually

  • Each campaign is linked to an audience.

  • Adding a lead to that audience automatically includes them in the campaign sequence.

  • Methods: LinkedIn, CSV, or manual entry.

Add leads continuously

  • Continuous import keeps your audiences automatically updated from dynamic sources.

  • Each day, new leads matching your criteria are added to the audience and the campaign.

  • This turns your campaigns into dynamic sequences.

Add leads via Zapier / API

  • Leads can be added via API or a Zap.

  • Choose a trigger in your app, then the action “Create a lead in an audience”.

Managing your leads

Using the Leads table

  • In the Leads table, select multiple leads and move them from one table to another.

  • Quick and easy.

Using the Activity table

  • Once a campaign is finished, analyze what worked.

  • In the Activity section, select the leads you want to move and transfer them to another audience.

Add leads via the “Add to Audience” block

  • Available on Pro or Ultimate plans with Custom Sequences.

Example: create two audiences depending on whether a lead accepted your invitation or not.
