You’re about to launch your first campaign on LaGrowthMachine, great news!

Let’s take a quick step back and check everything is set up best!

Want to make sure you’re using LGM to its full potential? Read-on!

Table of contents :

Are my working hours and limits set up properly?

Did you know you can choose when actions are allowed to be performed?

By default, automation is set to happen between 8h30 and 18h30, Paris-time, during weekdays only.

If you’re abroad or want to change the scheduled working hours, head to the identity’s setting.

You’ll also be able to set up limits of actions per day. For this, we advise you to follow our guidelines depending on your prospection history on each channel!

Is my GSuite domain set up to maximize deliverability?

Did you know that not setting up your Gsuite properly could lead to ¾ of your emails ending in spam? It’s too often overlooked and a major factor in the campaign’s performance.

Is my LinkedIn Profile optimized for building trust?

When outreaching on LinkedIn, the first thing your people will see is your profile. Then your company’s profile. Then maybe your company’s website.

That’s a lot of steps during which your lead can drop off because they don’t believe you trust worthing and/or you’re not providing clear and enough information.

Have I excluded current clients and recently prospected leads?

One of the worst mistakes you can make when doing automated outreach is automatically contacting current prospects, or worst, clients.

It takes only 5 minutes in LaGrowthMachine to exclude them using our Lead manager. Learn how to in our guide.

Should I activate catch-all emails?

Email enrichment is an important part of your campaign’s performance. The more email we get, the more leads we can activate via emails.

But it’s not that easy. You must pay attention to your bounce rate.

While activating catch-all emails can increase your email discovery rate, this may expose you to greater unverified emails (and bounces).

Should I add a note to my LinkedIn connection request?

Depending on who’s sending the connection request, to whom, in which geography, and its content, can mean life or death in your ability to build relations on LinkedIn.

There are no one-size-fits-all recommendations here, just good old logic. Read our recommendation on why you might have to input a connection note, what type, and how to measure success!

Using Links on LinkedIn? Did you make sure it’s optimized?

Did you know that when you send a link on LinkedIn, a preview of that link will be sent?

A carefully thought-out preview can triple the click rate. Read our guideline on how to optimize your LinkedIn link for maximum click-through rate!

Did I connect my CRM (Hubspot/Pipedrive) using LaGrowtMachine’s native synchronization?

We believe CRM is the heart of your sales activity. So everything should be logged.

Your sales team shouldn't need to log into LGM to know what we've performed for them.

But more importantly, by connecting your CRM, you’ll be able to build performance reports of your outbound campaigns that go beyond just tracking replies, but also track :

  • Qualified replies

  • Call booked rate

  • Revenue generated

Is my widget installed and running on my computer?

The widget has one single-use: it allows us to run the automation locally, on your computer, using your IP address. The idea is to send the same weak signals as you send while working on Linkedin for instance, in order for you to stay below Linkedin’s radar ;)

While being extremely safe, this also means that if the widget is not up and running on your computer, automation won’t be happening.

Want to make sure it’s up and running? Learn how to best manage your widget!
