So maybe your campaign is now over, and you’d like to try another way to contact your uncontacted leads? We’re going to see how you can identify them, step by step
Table of contents
Create a new audience
First, go to the leads table, and create an audience named “Mycampaignname - Already contacted”
Once done, go to the campaign to you want to export the leads.
Identify the leads who we’re contacted
For that, go to your campaign, and go to the engagement part.
Identify the leads that received a communication with the filters, on the left bottom. Select them all and click on “Add to the audience”, and add them to the previous audience that you’ve created
Separate the audiences
Go back to the leads table, and select your two audiences: the original one and the new one that you’ve created, with the already contacted leads.
Use the “Only leads in multiple audiences” to identify the leads that are in both audiences, meaning those who received at least a communication from you.
Then, select all of your leads and remove them from the original audience
And, here you are a new audience free of contacted leads. You can repeat this operation at infinite.
It’s up to you now!
With this, you know how to find leads that weren't contacted. This is an advantage, as you can re-contact them with another identity to put a multi-identity strategy!
