Overview

You already know how to master ABM segmentation and refine your searches with Boolean filters on Sales Navigator. You’re great at finding the right prospects. But saved searches allow you to go one step further: they turn your searches into an automated lead engine that delivers new opportunities every single week.

Key benefits

  • Automated lead flow: Receive new prospects every week without lifting a finger.

  • Time-saving: No need to manually rerun your searches.

  • Consistent pipeline: Keep your funnel fresh with updated leads.

  • Direct integration: Import new leads straight into La Growth Machine.

How saved searches work

What are saved searches?

Saved searches are a built-in Sales Navigator feature that allows you to store a search, including filters and keywords, so you can relaunch it anytime.

Important: When you save a search, you can also set an alert frequency (daily or weekly). That’s where the automation magic begins.

How to create alerts

Step 1: Save your search

  1. Run your search in Sales Navigator.

  2. Click Save search to store it.

  3. Choose the alert frequency you want.

You’ll then receive notifications whenever a new profile matches your criteria.

Step 2: Access only the new results

Important:
If you click on the name of the saved search, Sales Navigator will show all results — not just the new ones.

To see only new leads:

  • Click on the number of new results, not the saved search name.

This ensures you only view the newly added prospects.

How to import new leads into La Growth Machine

Once you have your weekly new leads:

  1. Select the new leads that appeared.

  2. Let La Growth Machine automatically find their email addresses.

  3. Add them to your multichannel sequence.

Your prospecting engine now runs on autopilot.

Avoid automation without quality control

Automation is powerful… but only if used responsibly.

Common issues include:

  • Contacting people you already reached out to

  • Contacting existing customers

  • Adding irrelevant leads

To avoid mistakes:

Important: Set your exclusion filters before automating anything.

Once everything is properly filtered, you can even automate the import frequency using Zapier or Make
