Overview

La Growth Machine lets you automate multiple LinkedIn actions directly inside your campaigns — while maintaining a credible, human approach. You can visit profiles, send invitations, messages, likes, and even personalized voice messages, all synchronized with your other channels.

These actions help warm up your leads socially, increase engagement, and boost your reply rates.

Key benefits

  • Automated interactions without losing the human touch

  • Higher reply rates thanks to social warm-up and personalization

  • Diversified approach by combining messages, likes, follows, and voice messages

  • Credible behaviour to avoid LinkedIn alerts or blocks

How to use LinkedIn actions in La Growth Machine

Visit & enrich

Enrich profiles before or during your campaign.

The Visit & Enrich action allows your identity to visit the lead’s LinkedIn profile and automatically extract key information.

Data retrieved from the LinkedIn profile:

  • First name, last name

  • Current job title

  • Bio

  • Location

  • Company URL and website

  • Industry

Automatically enriched data (if available):

Tip: this action only works when pre-enrichment is enabled.
Activate it from the Leads tab so LGM can identify and complete the data before your campaign starts.

Visit profile

Warm up socially and make yourself visible before reaching out.

When you use this action, your identity visits the lead’s profile. LinkedIn notifies the lead that you viewed their profile, which builds recognition even before your first message.

Best practices:

  • Use this action before outreach so your lead sees your profile

  • Combine it with email sending to simulate human follow-up

  • Use it as a non-verbal reminder — the notification keeps you top of mind

Important settings:

The goal: maintain human-like behaviour.

Add relation

Automatically send a connection request.

The Add Relation action allows your identity to send a connection invitation to your lead. LinkedIn will notify them by email and in the app.

Character limits:

Tip: variables and errors
If you get an error like “Invite note too long”, variables such as {{firstname}}, {{company}} may be increasing the length. Shorten the text or remove some variables.

  • Pro & Ultimate plans: errors appear in Tasks → Require your attention.

  • Basic plan: failed invitations do not appear, but LGM retries automatically up to 10 times.

Send message

Send direct LinkedIn messages to your connected leads.

This action allows your identity to send a LinkedIn message to a 1st-degree connection. The lead will receive a notification and an email from LinkedIn.

Important: you cannot message leads you are not connected with.

LGM will skip the action and continue the sequence.

You can:

  • Reuse a message from another campaign

  • Convert a text message into a voice message

Important:
If the same message was already sent to that lead in the last 24 hours, LGM skips the action to avoid duplicates.

Send voice

Stand out with authentic, personalized voice messages.

LinkedIn voice messages create a human and direct impact. You can send them to 1st-degree connections only.

Record a simple voice message

  1. Open Send Voice block

  2. Allow microphone access

  3. Click Record a message

  4. Record (max 1 minute)

  5. Listen and confirm

Tips for good recording:

  • Prepare a few notes

  • Find a quiet place

  • Speak clearly and keep a friendly tone

Voice with personalized introduction

You can record a personalized intro with variables, such as:

  • {{firstname}} → Brice

  • {{longGender}} → Mister

  • {{longGender + lastname}} → Mr Maurin

The AI combines your intro with the rest of the message for a fluent result.

How it works:
1️⃣ Choose intro + variable
2️⃣ Record the rest of your message
3️⃣ LGM combines both and sends a personalized voice to each lead

Good to know:

  • If you duplicate a campaign with AI Voice, you must re-record and re-authorize AI

  • You can also reuse voices from previous campaigns

Like post

Show interest by liking your lead’s latest post.

With Like Post, your identity likes the most recent post within a chosen period:

  • Last week → 7 days

  • Last month → 30 days

  • Last quarter → 90 days

If no post is found, LGM skips the action (log: “no post found”).

If several Like Post blocks follow each other, the same post may be liked twice (log: “Post already liked”).

Follow

Follow your lead to make yourself visible before or during your sequence.

his action makes your identity follow the lead’s profile, generating a notification.

When to use:

  • Before outreach → warm up socially

  • During a campaign → human follow-up, visible presence

  • As a reminder → gentle nudge without messaging

When accept request / Invite not accepted

Check whether a lead accepted your invitation after a delay (e.g., 7 days).

  • When accept request: as soon as the lead accepts, LGM moves to the next action (e.g., Send Voice)

  • Invite not accepted: if not accepted, the sequence continues with a different action (e.g., Like Post)

Important:
The delay must be identical for both conditions.
Otherwise, some leads fall into neither case.

Example:

  • When accept request → during 7 days

  • Invite not accepted → after 10 days

If the lead accepts on day 8, they meet no condition → the sequence stops for them

No reply

Check whether your lead has replied to any LinkedIn message or invitation since the start of the campaign.

Next actions run only if there is no reply.

Visit back / Did not visit back

  • Visit back: the lead visited your profile → continue the sequence

  • Did not visit back: the lead did not visit → continue with this condition

Checks happen every 30 minutes.
