Each teammate has their own login, but all work inside the same centralized workspace.

Creating and managing a shared workspace
How a shared workspace works
When you create an LGM account, the account and its first member are created automatically.
This first member can invite additional teammates at any time.
Members have access to the entire workspace, including:
All campaigns
All identities
All leads
All integrations
All settings
They can also create campaigns, import leads from an identity, and respond to leads via the inbox.
Note: If you have multiple LGM accounts and want to merge them into one organization, reach out to support via the in-app chat or at [email protected].
Merging is only possible when both accounts are on the same plan.
Understanding the difference between identities and members
Members
A member = a person on your team.
Members have their own login.
They can create campaigns, import leads, and handle replies via the inbox.
Adding members is free.
Identities
An identity = a LinkedIn account + an email account (or multiple emails using Inbox Rotation). Identities are used to send outreach messages.
Important: Each active identity is paid.

Shared leads
When your team works in the same workspace, all leads exist in one place.
You no longer need to check who contacted whom — LGM unifies and deduplicates everything.
Using the filter Audience count → Only leads in multiple audiences, you can quickly identify leads contacted across different campaigns.
Shared campaigns
All members of the organization can access every campaign.
This allows you to:
View stats without screenshots.
Avoid password sharing.
Reuse campaigns and sequences instantly.
Share copywriting between organizations if needed.
Shared Zapier and integrations
Integrations (Zapier, webhooks, API, etc.) are configured at the organization level.
Once one teammate sets them up, everyone can use them.

From the LGM inbox, you can even reply on behalf of your teammates’ identities:
