Overview

If you're an agency, you’re probably wondering: “How do I manage my clients’ campaigns inside LGM?”
Good news: you can organize everything in two different ways. You can keep all identities under a single account, or create separate accounts per client. Choose the setup that fits your workflow best.

Key benefits

  • Agency-friendly: Centralize everything or isolate each client’s data.

  • Clarity: Easy management of identities, campaigns, and leads.

The two ways to manage clients

Option 1 — Group all identities under one account

How it works

You can add multiple identities (email, LinkedIn, Twitter) inside a single LGM account, even if they belong to different clients:

Once connected, you can manage:

  • All campaigns,

  • All leads,

  • All replies directly from the inbox:

Advantages

  • Everything is centralized in one place.

  • Full control over automations for all identities.

  • Shared lead portfolio, perfect for redistributing leads across clients.

Disadvantages

  1. Only one native CRM (HubSpot or Pipedrive) can be connected.
Important: if you need more, you’ll need to use Zapier.

  2. There is no permission management.
Note: if you invite a client as a member, they will see all identities, campaigns, and leads from every other client.

Option 2 — Manage clients in separate accounts

How it works

You create one LGM account per client. Each account contains only the identities and data belonging to that client.

Advantages

  1. The client can manage their own identity and be responsible for their performance.

  2. Full data separation: no risk of exposing other clients’ information.

  3. Clear reporting for each client individually.

  4. You can connect one CRM per account, which is ideal for diverse client setups.

Disadvantages

  1. If the client manages their own account, they are responsible for their performance (and may break things!).

  2. You must switch between accounts to track results.

  3. No shared lead portfolio (though you can export/import leads via CSV if needed).

FAQs

Which option do most agencies choose?

Most agencies prefer separate accounts, mainly for data privacy and CRM flexibility.

Can I give limited access to a client in Option 1?

No. LGM does not yet support granular permission controls.

Can I connect multiple CRMs in one account?

Not natively. Each account can only sync with one CRM, unless you use Zapier.
