Why is the segmentation important?

When you're doing outreach segmentation is probably 60% of the reason why people will reply to you, because if you target the right person at the right moment, you’re likely to get an answer.

So take your time segment precisely and you'll probably get more replies.

This means that you should not target more than 200, or 400 leads per campaign because if you exceed 400 leads, that's probably because you didn't say the target segment enough. Why this number? We have conducted a study that shows that if your audience exceeds this number, your answer rate will decrease.
