Overview

Sending emails through La Growth Machine allows you to reach your leads directly from your professional email address. Depending on your email settings, you can target verified business emails, personal emails, or unverified catch-all addresses. Each option has unique advantages and limitations.

Key benefits

  • Direct send from your professional email: Higher deliverability (+70-80% open rate).

  • Automated sales sequences: Emails trigger actions based on lead behavior.

  • Flexible targeting: Choose verified business, personal, or catch-all emails.

  • Tracking and conditions: Set rules for opened, clicked, or replied emails.

Email sending options

Send emails only to verified business email addresses (default)

By default, La Growth Machine only sends emails to professional email addresses.

We do Sales Automation, meaning emails are sent directly from your professional email:

  • Advantage: Higher deliverability (+70-80% open rate), avoids Promotions inbox.

  • Disadvantage: Limited volume (~300 emails/day depending on provider).

Unlike Marketing Automation, which uses a marketing domain:

  • Advantage: No theoretical limit on emails sent.

  • Disadvantage: Emails often end up in Promotions inbox (10-15% average open rate, max 30-35%). Ideal for newsletters or notifications, not prospecting.

Send emails to personal email addresses

By default, La Growth Machine does not send to personal emails (not recommended for B2B).

Activate this option in campaign settings if needed for recruiting or targeting individual companies.

Send emails to risky email addresses (catch-all)

Activate Send email to Risky Emails to enable enrichment of catch-all emails.

  • La Growth Machine will never send emails to addresses already verified.

  • Recommended if your enrichment rate is low or targeting large accounts.

FAQs

Can I send emails to personal addresses?

Yes, but it’s not recommended for B2B. Activate the option in campaign settings for specific cases like recruiting or targeting individuals.

What happens if an email bounces?

The next actions in your sequence trigger immediately (once per email). Use a Wait block if you want a delay.

How does tracking opened emails work?

We only check once per email. If a lead opens multiple times, only the first open triggers actions.

What is the difference between Sales Automation and Marketing Automation?

  • Sales Automation: Sent from your professional email, higher deliverability, volume limit (~300/day).

  • Marketing Automation: Sent from a marketing domain, unlimited volume, often ends in Promotions inbox.

Do I need to enable tracking for link conditions?

Yes, link click conditions only validate if link tracking is enabled.
