You can choose from 4 different types of alerts:
Lead reply received.
With link that opens the LGM conversation directly.
Identity disconnected.
So you can reconnect in seconds and resume your campaign.
Manual task due.
With link to the right workflow step.
Lead unsnoozed.
So you can resume outreach immediately.
How does the Slack Integration work?
The native Slack integration lets you connect it with La Growth Machine in one click.
No API. No Webhook. No technical setup:
Open LGM Settings
Go to Settings.
Open Integrations.
Select Slack and click Connect.
Approve in Slack
The Slack administrator reviews and approves the requested permissions during connection.
Configure alerts
You select:The alert type you want
the public channel(s) where alerts will be sent
the identities concerned
You can set up multiple alerts with different criteria.
Test the alert
Send a test notification to the channel to validate it.Manage notifications
View all created notifications and edit or delete them from Settings.
Who can access the Slack Integration?
The Feature is available to our users on the PRO plan and ULTIMATE plan.
You can test the integration during our Free Trial.
Can I setup my own alerts?
You can choose which identities and which channels should receive each of the four available alerts.
Custom alert types are not supported yet.
You can submit notification ideas inside La Growth Machine.
Can I receive alerts on mobile?
Yes. Slack alerts also appear in your Slack mobile app.
Alert links open La Growth Machine from your device.
Can I reply to a lead from Slack?
When you get a reply alert, the link takes you straight to the correct screen in LGM so you can answer from the inbox.
How can I edit my alerts?
Open LGM Settings
Go to Settings.
Open Integrations.
Select Slack
Select the alert to edit
Click on the pencil to open the alert settings
Click the bin to delete the alert
Configure alerts
You can edit:The alert type you want
the public channel(s) where alerts will be sent
the identities concerned
Update
Click "update" to update the settings
I enabled LGM x Slack, but I’m getting too many alerts
You can tune alerts and channels in your LGM app.
In Settings, you can:
Turn specific alerts on or off.
Choose one or more channels for each alert.
Select the identities you want to track.
You have full control. Focus only on the alerts that matter.
