What is the Slack integration?
The Slack integration notifies you when a prospect replies, when an identity disconnects, or when a manual task needs attention. You get alerted right where you already work: in Slack.

How does the Slack Integration work?
Open your LGM settings
Go to Settings.
Open Integrations.
Select Slack and click Connect.
Approve in Slack
Your Slack admin reviews and approves the requested permissions.
Configure your alerts
You can choose:
The type of alert
The public channels where alerts are posted
The identities that should trigger alerts
You can create multiple alerts with different criteria.
Test the alert
Send a test notification to your channel to confirm everything works.
Manage your notifications
From your LGM Settings, you can view, edit, or delete any of your alerts to keep things tidy and efficient.
Important: The integration only works with public channels — private channels are not supported.
Can I setup my own alerts?
You can choose which identities and which channels should receive each of the four available alerts.
Important: Custom alert types are not supported yet.
You can submit notification ideas inside La Growth Machine.
How can I edit my alerts?
Access your LGM settings
Go to Settings.
Open the Integrations tab.
Select Slack.
Choose the alert you want to edit.
Click the pencil icon to modify, or the trash icon to delete it.
Configure your alerts
You can update:
The alert type
The public channel(s) receiving notifications
The identities associated with the alert
Save changes
Click Update to save your new settings.
I activated LGM x Slack but I’m receiving too many alerts
You can fine-tune your notifications directly in the LGM Settings.
You can:
Enable or disable any alerts
Assign one or multiple channels per alert
Choose which identities to monitor
You stay fully in control — only keep the alerts that matter.
