You're an Aircall user and you sent an invitation to one of your leads, and he accepted it. Congrats, you made the hardest part! Now, you're asking yourself what's the best way to pitch him?
Why don't you try to give him a call?

With La Growth Machine, we can provide you with the phone number of your leads. Want to know how the magic works? Let's see it!

Retrieving the phone number

Not many people know this, but once you are connected with someone on LinkedIn, it is possible to retrieve :

LGM will automatically scrap this information once connected with your contact on LinkedIn.

This information, especially the phone number, is a gold mine to exploit.

Indeed, the personal email address is not something we recommend using in prospecting because it is not appropriate and you risk offending your lead.

Concerning the numbers, the situation is a little bit different because the number given on LinkedIn may be a number related to his work.

A good way to use this opportunity is to create a task, every time LGM finds a phone number on a lead.

Unfortunately, if you’re an Aircall user, it is not integrated with Zapier, so it will not be possible to use Zapier to make the connection.

Fortunately for you, it is possible to work around this problem. For that, you’ll need access to the custom workflow (available on the business plan), and here is the plan :

The sequence

At the end of your sequence, you must add a condition that says that if LGM finds a phone number, then add the lead to a new audience. This new audience (you call it “Leads To call"), will serve you as a reference to identify information that didn’t reply to your sequence, but you can still try by phone (via Aircall for example).

Then add the lead to a specific audience :

Another more technical way is to create a webhook instead of adding to an audience, which will send the information to Aircall directly, and you’ll have the option to create a task on Aircall. To do this, you need to check the Aircall API documentation.

It's your turn now!

You've seen how to create a call task while you're using Zapier, and now you can try to do it on your own!
While you're trying this task reminder, why don't you go further by trying these tips?
