How phone numbers are retrieved

Once you're connected with a lead on LinkedIn, La Growth Machine can automatically retrieve:

Phone numbers, however, may sometimes be linked to the person’s professional line, making them more acceptable for outreach.

A simple way to leverage this data is to create a call task whenever LGM detects a phone number on a lead.

Setting up the workflow

Step 1: Build your sequence

Create your sequence as usual.
At the end of your workflow, add a condition such as:

  • If LGM finds a phone number → add the lead to a new audience.

Suggested audience name: Leads to call.

This makes it easy to identify leads who didn’t respond to your sequence but may still be reachable by phone.

Step 2: Use the audience to generate call tasks

Once leads are added to this audience, you can easily see:

  • Who didn’t respond

  • Who has a phone number

  • Who can be contacted through Aircall

From there, you can manually create a call task inside Aircall.

Step 3: Advanced method — use a webhook

If you want to automate even further:

  • Create a webhook instead of adding the lead to an audience.

This webhook can send the lead’s information directly to Aircall, allowing you to automatically create a call task.
