Overview

Want to share your website with a lead without pasting a long, messy URL into your message?
Good news — adding a hyperlink in your email takes literally one second.

Key benefits

  • Cleaner messages: Hyperlinked text looks more professional and is easier to read.

  • Higher click rates: Leads are more likely to click a link that feels naturally integrated into your message.

  • Trackable links: You can monitor clicks if your Custom Domain Tracking is properly set up.

How to add a hyperlink

Step 1: Copy your link

Copy the URL you want to share.

Step 2: Select your text

Highlight the word or phrase where you want to insert your hyperlink, then click the 🔗 Link icon in the editor.

Step 3: Paste and save

Paste your URL into the field and click Save.

Step 4: You’re done 🎉

Your text is now clickable!
Hover over or click the link to make sure it works properly.

Best practices

  • Use a Custom Domain Tracking: This helps you track clicks and improves your email deliverability. Here is our guide!

  • Avoid raw URLs (like https://www.mywebsite.com) — they can look suspicious to spam filters.
