Overview

Pipedrive is now natively synced with La Growth Machine (LGM). This means there’s no need for external tools like Zapier or webhooks to set up the connection. Everything is done automatically!

Key benefits

  • Contacts are automatically created or updated in Pipedrive.

  • Lead verification happens in your CRM before each campaign using the email or full name + company name.

  • All LGM activities are recorded directly on the Pipedrive contact timeline.

  • Full visibility of actions taken by LGM: adding leads, LinkedIn messages, responses on LinkedIn, and more.

  • Improved CRM management with a complete history in Pipedrive.

How to connect LGM to Pipedrive

To connect your Pipedrive to LGM, you need to be an administrator of your Pipedrive organization. If you’re not an administrator, invite a colleague with Admin rights as a member.

Connection steps

  1. Go to your account's CRM settings.

  2. Click on "Connect a Pipedrive account". You will be redirected to Pipedrive to select your account and link it to LGM:

Once the connection is established, you’ll need to map the fields.

Mapping the fields

You will need to choose where to update the data enriched by LGM. You can use the fields created by our integration (those starting with "LGM") or any existing fields in your CRM. You can also link custom attributes to existing properties in Pipedrive:

Activating Pipedrive in your campaign

To sync campaign data to Pipedrive, you need to enable CRM synchronization in your campaign Settings:

Once this is activated, every action performed by LGM will be recorded in Pipedrive:

Advanced usage - Lifecycle tracking

Tracking the lead lifecycle in your CRM is key to optimal management. With LGM automation, you can automatically update the lifecycle of your leads based on triggers available in LGM.

Tip: This tracking allows for detailed performance reporting, including:

  • Qualified responses

  • Booked call rates

  • Revenue generated

Setting up lifecycle tracking

We recommend setting it up as follows:

  1. When a lead starts a campaign, mark it as an Opportunity in Pipedrive.

  2. If the prospect responds, LGM will automatically change the lifecycle to Lead.

  3. Your sales team will determine if the lead is qualified.

  4. If the lead is qualified and the deal is closed, update their lifecycle to Customer:

By doing this, you can now build detailed reports in Pipedrive to analyze your campaign performance.

Advanced usage - Workflow

LGM syncs everything at the contact level, but that doesn’t stop you from automating certain processes. For example, you can automatically create a Deal or assign a task to a sales team member based on LGM information.

The different stages of the lifecycle that we sync with Pipedrive are triggers that you can use in Pipedrive workflows:

Example of advanced automation

If you’re using lifecycle tracking, you can configure a workflow so that a lead qualification task is automatically assigned to your sales team when the lifecycle stage changes:

Important: If you're tracking link clicks or acceptances, you can use these actions as triggers to move the lead’s lifecycle stage. You can then automate task assignment to the sales team.

Additionally, if you want to create Deals when a lead is qualified, you can set up a workflow to automatically create the Deal whenever the lifecycle status of a lead changes. You can also automatically push leads into LGM from Pipedrive.
