How to import leads into La Growth Machine

Overview

With La Growth Machine, you can easily import your leads from LinkedIn, a CSV file, or directly from your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive…). Once imported, these leads can be added to your campaigns and activated through multichannel actions.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, La Growth Machine needs to uniquely identify each lead. That’s why some fields are mandatory during the import process.

Minimum required fields to create a lead

For a lead to be created and usable in La Growth Machine, at least one of the following information combinations is required:

  • First name + Last name + Company name

  • First name + Last name + Company website

  • Email address

  • LinkedIn profile URL

Important: If none of these elements are present, the lead will be automatically skipped during the import.


Available import methods

La Growth Machine offers several ways to import your leads, depending on your data source and use case.

Import via CSV file

CSV import is ideal if you already have a lead database (exported from a tool, a form, an event, etc.).

How it works:

  1. Upload your CSV file into La Growth Machine.

  2. Map your columns to LGM fields.

  3. The system checks mandatory fields and creates valid leads.

Import from LinkedIn

LinkedIn import allows you to quickly retrieve prospects from:

  • A LinkedIn search

  • A connections list

This method is especially well suited for LinkedIn outbound campaigns, while respecting LGM’s deduplication rules.

Import from a CRM
