Overview
Workspaces let you create and manage multiple separate environments from a single La Growth Machine account.
That means you can switch between clients, brands, business units, or internal teams without mixing campaigns, identities, CRM connections, or data in the same place.
For agencies and multi-client teams, this removes a very real headache. No more juggling several logins. No more forcing multiple clients into one shared setup. No more turning a clean prospecting process into a mess.
Key benefits
One account, multiple environments Manage several workspaces from a single account and switch between them easily
One client, one workspace Keep campaigns, identities, CRM connections, settings, and data cleanly separated
Less cross-client pollution Reduce lead collisions, duplicate logic issues, and awkward overlap between similar target audiences
Cleaner team management Invite the right members into the right workspace instead of exposing everyone to everything
More flexibility Use different plans, CRM setups, and operational configurations depending on each client or team
Why Workspaces matter
La Growth Machine usually works like a single workspace environment. That setup works fine for one team using one setup.
It gets messy fast when the same account needs to manage multiple clients, multiple brands, multiple countries, or multiple business units at the same time.
Here’s where friction shows up:
Multiple logins and accounts become hard to manage
One client cannot be cleanly mapped to one environment
Only one CRM can be connected per workspace
Duplicate and already-contacted logic can become counterproductive when several clients target similar personas
Identities often need to be grouped under the same plan when everything lives in one place
Onboarding separate clients or teams becomes more complicated than it should be
Workspaces are built to give you clean separation between environments.
Who should use Workspaces?
Workspaces are especially useful for teams that need clear separation between environments.
Lead gen and outbound agencies
Consultants managing several clients
Teams running outreach for multiple brands, countries, or business units
Organizations that need isolated environments for operational or data reasons
Availability and pricing
Workspaces are available on all paid plans, at no additional cost.
Important: each new workspace is a separate environment with its own activation logic. Only your first La Growth Machine account benefits from the free trial. Any workspace you create afterwards requires its own dedicated subscription, with no trial.
How to use Workspaces
Workspaces are meant to feel familiar. Each workspace works like its own version of the current La Growth Machine environment.
Create and manage a workspace
Open the workspace selector in the app
Create a new workspace from your existing account
Invite the members who should have access to that workspace
Configure the workspace with its own identities, CRM, settings, campaigns, and data
Switch between workspaces when you need to move from one client or team to another
What is separated in each workspace?
Each workspace has its own:
Members
Settings
Identities
CRM connection
Campaigns
Statistics
Audiences
Data environment
Best practices for agencies and multi-client teams
The recommended setup is simple.
Use one workspace per client
If you run outreach for several clients, the cleanest structure is:
Create one dedicated workspace for each client
Invite only the members who need access to that client
Connect that client’s CRM inside that workspace
Configure identities and the plan based on that client’s needs
Avoid grouping several clients inside the same workspace
This gives you:
Clear campaign separation
Cleaner CRM access per client
Fewer prospect collisions
Better visibility for teams
More flexibility on plans and identities
FAQs
What is the difference between a workspace and an identity?
What is the difference between a workspace and an identity?
A workspace is a separate working environment inside La Growth Machine.
It contains its own members, campaigns, settings, statistics, and audiences.
An identity is the sending account used inside a workspace, usually an Email account and a LinkedIn account.
So the logic is simple:
Workspace = the container
Identity = the sending account inside that container
You can have multiple identities inside one workspace.
You can also create identities that use the same Email or LinkedIn accounts across multiple workspaces.
Can I connect a different CRM in each workspace?
Can I connect a different CRM in each workspace?
Yes.
Each workspace is independent and has its own configuration, so you can connect a different CRM in each one.
This is one of the main advantages for agencies and multi-client organizations. It keeps separate accounts from being forced into one shared environment.
Are campaigns shared between workspaces?
Are campaigns shared between workspaces?
No.
Workspaces are separate environments, so campaigns are not automatically shared from one workspace to another.
If you want to reuse a campaign across multiple workspaces, you currently need to:
Rebuild it manually
Or ask support for duplication
Are campaign results consolidated across workspaces?
Are campaign results consolidated across workspaces?
No.
Campaign results stay inside each workspace.
If you manage several clients or several teams, you need to review performance one workspace at a time.
