Step 1 – Open your campaign email settings
Go to your campaign, then open the Content section settings.
Tips : The settings configured here apply to all emails in your campaign.
Step 2 – Disable open tracking
Disable the option related to email open tracking.
Important: You can enable or disable this option only if the campaign has never been launched. Once the campaign is launched, this setting can no longer be modified.
Step 3 – That’s it 🎉
You can now launch your campaign:
Email open rates will not be tracked for any emails in this campaign.
In all reporting tables, the open rate will appear as unavailable.
