Overview

If your campaign feels slow or blocked, it may not be a technical issue—it could simply be a prioritization or setup matter. This guide helps you self-diagnose and resolve common problems so your campaigns run smoothly.

Key benefits

  • Quickly identify campaign bottlenecks

  • Understand how prioritization works for multiple campaigns

  • Ensure identities and channels are correctly set up

Check the notification center and campaign actions

Before diving deeper, let’s check your notifications and campaign actions to identify potential blockers.

Notification center

  • Access the notification center to see what’s wrong and suggested solutions.

Campaign actions

  • Open your campaign

  • Click Action Details

  • Here, you’ll find a campaign-specific notification center

You also have access to Past and Upcoming Actions to track all prospect activities.

Past actions

  • Go to Identity

  • Select the relevant identity

  • Click Past Actions

This shows the last actions performed by your identity—helpful for monitoring activity. Note that some actions may not appear in daily stats.

Common issues and solutions

1. Multiple campaigns running and the slow one isn’t prioritized

When several campaigns run simultaneously, La Growth Machine applies prioritization:

  1. Actions on already activated leads

  2. Activate new leads in the oldest campaign

  3. Continue with the next oldest campaign if all leads are activated

Tip: If you want to prioritize a specific campaign, pause the others temporarily.

2. Large audience size

If your campaigns have large audiences (500+ leads) with LinkedIn or Mail+LinkedIn actions and enrichment enabled:

  • LinkedIn allows 140–160 leads per week

  • For 2,000 leads, it will take time to add all, creating a bottleneck

Recommendation: Work with smaller audiences for better results—our study shows 30%+ reply rates are more achievable.

Note: proper segmentation is crucial.

3. Disconnected channels

If a channel isn’t connected, no actions can be performed.

  • Go to Identity and reconnect all necessary channels.

4. Inactive identity or wrong timezone

Your campaign’s identity can’t “work” outside its active hours.

  • Go to Identity > Select identity > Limits & Working Hours

  • Set start/end times and optionally enable weekend activity

  • Ensure the timezone matches your physical location

Example: If you are in Chicago but the identity is set to Paris time, campaigns won’t run correctly.

5. Daily limits reached

If your identity has reached its daily action limits, actions will resume the next day.

6. No remaining actions in the campaign

  • Check your identity’s activity

  • Go to the campaign and Action Details

  • If Upcoming Actions is empty, all planned actions are complete

  • Wait for potential responses or add new prospects

Note: if your campaign is paused, upcoming actions will appear empty.
