Overview

Good news: you can run as many campaigns as you want, using as many identities as you need. That said, when multiple campaigns run simultaneously, one key question comes up fast: how are they prioritized?

La Growth Machine follows a clear and predictable prioritization logic to ensure smooth and safe execution. Once you understand it, you’ll avoid the “my campaigns aren’t running” feeling and know exactly how to prioritize what matters most.

Key benefits

  • Clear visibility on how campaigns are prioritized

  • Better control over lead activation speed

  • Simple levers to prioritize strategic campaigns

How La Growth Machine prioritizes multiple campaigns

You can launch as many campaigns as you like, but execution always follows a specific order.

Here’s exactly how priorities are handled.

1. Oldest campaigns run first

Campaigns are prioritized based on their creation date. The oldest campaigns are always executed before newer ones.

2. Most advanced leads are handled first

Within a campaign, LGM first executes actions for leads that are already active in the sequence.

In other words, leads that are further along in the workflow take priority over brand-new leads.

3. New leads are activated progressively

If there’s remaining bandwidth after processing active leads, LGM then starts activating new leads, still within the oldest campaign.

4. Other campaigns are activated if bandwidth allows

If there’s still capacity left, the same logic is applied to the next campaigns, again following their creation order.

Why some campaigns may look “blocked”

Let’s take a simple example.
If you have a large campaign with 1,000 leads, it can consume most of the available bandwidth.

As a result, another campaign — even if properly set up — may appear to be inactive. In reality, it’s just waiting its turn while the first campaign progresses.

This behavior is completely normal and expected.

How to prioritize one campaign over the others

If you need to give absolute priority to a specific campaign — for example, a strategic target or key account — the solution is very straightforward. Pause the other campaigns that use the same identity. This instantly frees up bandwidth and allows the priority campaign to run faster.

FAQs

Can I run multiple campaigns at the same time?

Yes. You can run as many campaigns as you want, using as many identities as needed.

Why isn’t my newest campaign moving?

Because older campaigns are always prioritized, especially if they still have leads to activate.

Are all leads activated at the same time?

No. Leads already active in a sequence are processed first, then new leads are activated progressively.

What’s the best way to prioritize an important campaign?

Pause other campaigns using the same identity so all resources focus on the one you want to accelerate.

Is it a bug if campaigns don’t seem to run in parallel?

No. This is the normal behavior of La Growth Machine’s prioritization system.
