A lot of responses means that you need to stay organized in order not to miss out on an opportunity and even more on a very important opportunity.
This is where the "Favourite" features is important: you can mark a conversation as favorite to highlight / bookmark it.

Mark as favourite
On the conversation list on the left, once you are on the conversation :
Clic on the menu icon
Select the “Favourite” option
The icon ★ appear near the avatar
👉 When you mark a conversation as a favourite, it will be marked as a favourite only for you!
Delete from favourites
On the conversation list on the left, once you are on the conversation :
Click on the menu icon
Select the “Remove Favourite” option
The icon ★ disappear near the avatar
Find your favourite conversations
If you want to find your favourite conversations, you can use the favourite filter. And only your favourite conversations will appear.
