How to use a default signature in the emails I send?
When writing an email, simply click the signature icon, and the signature variable will be added automatically.
From now on, your leads will receive emails that include your signature — no extra effort required.
Important: The main downside of this method is that you can’t add text below your signature. If you need more control, the manual option is the way to go 😉.
You can also type the {{signature}} variable directly into your email content (or copy and paste it).
This method allows you to add extra text right after your signature, such as a closing sentence or additional context, as shown in the example.
On the recipient’s side, your leads will clearly see your signature followed by the text you chose to add.
Tip: This approach is perfect if you want a more human tone or need to add a final note after your signature.
What happens if I update or delete my default signature?
Updating your signature
When you update and save your signature, all future emails you send will automatically use the updated version.
Deleting your signature
If you delete your signature:
Future emails will be sent without any signature.
For new campaigns, adding a signature variable will be impossible.
Can I set up a LinkedIn signature?
LinkedIn doesn’t support a built-in default signature.
But good news: you can still create one using custom attributes in your La Growth Machine identity.
Open your identity details and create a Custom Attribute containing your signature.
Use this attribute as a variable in your LinkedIn message content.
And boom—you’ve got a LinkedIn-ready signature!
Tip: You can rename this custom attribute to “Signature + identity name.”
