With La Growth Machine's enrichment, you can build campaigns that combine LinkedIn, email, and calls without hunting for numbers in another tool.
The feature is available on every plan and runs on enrichment credits. You only pay when a number is found.
Before you start
LGM needs one of the following about your prospect:
their LinkedIn URL
their first name, last name, and company.
Enriching an audience
Open the audience with the leads you want to enrich.
Select the leads you want.
Start the enrichment.
Choose "Phone number" among the data to look for.
If some leads already have a number, choose whether to keep it or search for a replacement.
Confirm the enrichment.
You can search for the phone number on its own, or combine it with email and LinkedIn enrichment.
If a number is found
It's added to the lead's information.
20 credits are charged.
The number can be sent to your CRM, depending on how your campaign is set up.
If no number is found
No credits are charged.
The lead stays unchanged.
The result shows the phone search didn't turn anything up.
If a number already exists
You have a choice:
Keep the number
LGM keeps the number already on the lead. No new search runs, and no credits are charged.
Refresh the number
LGM looks for a new one.
If it finds one, it replaces the old number and charges 20 credits.
If it doesn't, the old number stays and nothing is charged.
If your credit balance is too low
LGM won't run the search, and lets you know your balance is too low. Top up your credits, then relaunch the enrichment.
Syncing the phone number with HubSpot
When CRM sync is set up to pass along phone numbers, the enriched number goes to HubSpot with the rest of the lead's information. Sales reps can find it when they work their call tasks.
Only use enriched numbers in line with the rules that apply to your business, your market, and the people you're contacting. Those rules differ between B2B and B2C prospecting.
