Overview
La Growth Machine’s HubSpot integration lets you manage your Call tasks directly from HubSpot, without having to go back to LGM to close the task or manage the next step in the sequence.
When a Call task created in your LGM Sequence is completed in HubSpot, the sequence is updated automatically based on the call outcome:

How to Manage an LGM Call Task from HubSpot
How it works
When LGM creates a Call task in HubSpot, you can handle the call from your usual HubSpot workflow.
Before marking the task as Done, you tell LGM what should happen next by using a dedicated HubSpot contact property.
This property tells LGM whether the sequence should:
Continue with the next planned steps
Stop because the lead replied
Move to Won if the opportunity was won
Move to Lost if the opportunity was lost
Setup
Go to Settings.
Open the CRM section.
Select the Call Tasks tab.
Enable the toggle When a call task is completed.
This creates the LGM CALL OUTCOME property.
In your contact record view, add LGM CALL OUTCOME to the displayed contact properties.
The property will now appear in each contact record.
Managing Call Tasks in HubSpot
Open the Call task created by LGM in HubSpot.
Make your call from your usual HubSpot workflow.
Fill in the dedicated HubSpot property for the call outcome.
Select one of the available values.
Mark the task as Done.
LGM retrieves the information.
LGM automatically applies the next step in the sequence.
Available Call Outcome Values
HubSpot value | Behavior in LGM |
Continue sequence | LGM marks the task as Done and continues the sequence. |
Replied | LGM marks the lead as Replied and adapts the sequence based on the existing LGM behavior. |
Won | LGM marks the lead as Won. |
Lost | LGM marks the lead as Lost. |
Empty value | HubSpot reminds you to complete the property before the task can be closed properly. |
Important: the exact HubSpot property name is LGM CALL OUTCOME.
What Happens if the Property Is Not Filled In?
If you mark a Call task as Done without filling in the required property, a message remains visible in HubSpot.
The task title indicates that information is missing and that the property must be completed.
This prevents LGM from updating the sequence without knowing the correct next step.
Best Practices
Always use the Call outcome property
To let LGM apply the right next step in the sequence, always fill in the call outcome before marking the task as Done.
Without a call outcome, LGM cannot know whether the sequence should continue or whether the lead should be marked as Replied, Won, or Lost.
FAQ
What changes for HubSpot Call tasks?
When a Call task created by LGM is handled in HubSpot, LGM retrieves the outcome and applies the next step based on the value selected in the dedicated contact property.
Why do I need to fill in a property before marking the task as Done?
LGM needs to know what should happen after the call.
Without this information, LGM cannot know whether the sequence should continue, stop, or mark the lead as Replied, Won, or Lost.
What happens if I forget to fill in the property?
The LGM sequence remains pending.
Marking the task as Done is not enough. You need to fill in the LGM CALL OUTCOME property so LGM knows what to do next.
Which plan is required?
The Ultimate plan is required.
