Overview

The LGM inbox centralizes all your email and LinkedIn conversations linked to your campaigns. It helps you track, organize, and manage your exchanges without switching tools. The goal: stay clear, quick, and efficient with your leads.

Key benefits

  • Simple organization: Archive, snooze, favorites… keep your inbox clean.

  • Full control: Stop syncing or delete conversations when needed.

Main actions in the inbox

Delete a conversation

Delete a conversation when you don’t want it to appear for you or your team (e.g., private exchanges).

Important: Deleting is permanent for the entire organization.

If the lead replies later, after you deleted the thread:

  • A new conversation appears.

  • Previous messages remain permanently deleted.

Tip: If you don’t want the conversation to reopen, stop syncing before deleting.

Stop or resume sync

Stop syncing

You can stop syncing a specific lead if you don’t want to see upcoming messages from them, whether received or sent.

Important: Messages sent by LGM campaigns will no longer appear in the inbox.

Resume syncing

You can reactivate syncing anytime from the conversation. It may take a few minutes for the inbox to update.

Archive a conversation

Archive conversations when they are considered complete:

  • Lead converted.

  • Lead not interested.

  • Wrong prospect.

  • Lead left the company.

Archiving hides the thread from the active inbox for your entire team.

If the lead replies later, any new reply automatically reopens the conversation at the top of your inbox.

Remind me later

Snooze temporarily puts the conversation on hold — useful when:

  • You’re waiting for a reply.

  • You want to follow up later.

  • You want to clear your active inbox without losing track.

Snooze applies to the entire organization.

When it reopens.

A snoozed conversation reopens automatically when:

  • The lead replies.

  • You cancel the snooze.

  • The snooze period expires.

Mark a conversation as favorite

Mark a conversation as favorite to flag important or high-priority leads.

Note: Favorites are personal — only visible to you.

Mark a conversation as unread

To remind yourself to revisit a conversation later or highlight important messages. Status is personal and does not impact other teammates.

By default, the read/unread status is not synchronized with your email or LinkedIn accounts. If you want a conversation to be marked as read or unread on LinkedIn as soon as it changes status in LGM, enable the option in your Linkedin settings.

Open the Identity settings for the LinkedIn account you want to configure. Find the setting : “Mark your conversations in LinkedIn as read when opened in LGM.” Activate the toggle.

Once enabled, when a conversation changes status in LGM:

  • If the conversation becomes read in LGM, it will be marked as read on LinkedIn

  • If the conversation becomes unread in LGM, it will also be marked as unread on LinkedIn

Important: This setting only applies to the LinkedIn identity where it is enabled. Team access impact : A teammate opening a conversation in LGM may trigger the read status update on LinkedIn

Add a note to a conversation

You can add an internal note directly to a conversation to share context with your team or keep track of key information (e.g. lead qualification, next steps, objections). Notes are visible to the entire organization and never impact the lead: they are 100% internal.

Important: Only one note can be added per conversation. It is shared with all members of the organization and visible to the entire team.

Filtering conversations

Filters help you quickly navigate your leads based on their status.

  • Leads who replied: Conversations where the lead replied at least once.

  • Remind later: Snoozed conversations waiting for the reminder date.

  • Favourite: Leads you personally marked as favorites.

  • No answer: Leads who never replied.

  • Archived: Conversations you removed from the active list.

Campaign filter

View conversations tied to a specific campaign.

Status filter

Filter by read, unread, or both.

Search by name

Find a specific lead easily.

Pro tip: After replying to a lead, set a reminder to keep your inbox perfectly structured.
