Overview

If LinkedIn shows you a captcha while you’re trying to connect your identity to La Growth Machine, don’t panic — it happens. Unfortunately, you can’t validate the captcha from LGM, so the connection fails. Here’s the quick workaround to remove the captcha and reconnect smoothly.

Key benefits

  • Simple workaround to bypass the captcha.

  • Fast reconnection of your identity in LGM.

How to resolve the captcha issue?

Step 1 — Open your LinkedIn privacy settings

  1. Go to Preferences & Privacy on LinkedIn.

  2. Open the Account section.

Step 2 — Manage your active sessions

  1. Click Where you’re signed in (or click the direct link if you have it).

  2. Click Sign out of all these sessions to log out everywhere.

Important: this disconnects all your active LinkedIn sessions, including mobile apps.

Step 3 — Reconnect your identity in La Growth Machine

  1. Open La Growth Machine again.

  2. Go to Identities.

  3. Reconnect the identity that triggered the captcha earlier.

  4. The captcha should now be gone — and your identity will connect normally.

FAQ

Will signing out of all sessions disconnect me everywhere?

Yes — LinkedIn logs you out of all devices. You’ll simply need to log back in.

Do I need to repeat this every time?

No. Once the sessions are cleared, you should be able to reconnect normally.

Will this affect my campaigns in LGM?

Not at all. You’re only resetting the login permissions linked to your identity.
