Resetting your password can be troublesome in LGM as you need to first disconnect in order to fully change your password. Let us guide you through all the steps to make your new password happen
1. First, disconnect you from the LGM WebApp
2. Next, "Forgot password ?"
Where to find your widget :
On Windows
On Mac
3. Enter your mail address & go to your mailbox
If your mail address is associated with a LaGrowthMachine account, you will receive an email to reset your password.
Although it shouldn't be in the promotion or spam folders, you may want to check those if you don't see it in your regular inbox.
4. Enter a new password
Your password must contain at least 1 capital and 1 number.
5. Finally, log again into your LGM account, then log into your widget with your new password
Don't forget to agree to terms & conditions
And off you go!
