When Clicked
This condition will trigger the following actions you've defined in your sequence if a tracked link in this email has been opened, within the time allowed when the condition is checked.
Note: "During" equals "Within X days". In the example above, if your lead doesn't click on the link in your email "within" 7 days, he won't perform the following action.
We only check the action once, so if the lead opens the link several times, we'll use only the first occurrence to play the following actions
No Reply AND Link Clicked
This condition will trigger the following actions you've defined in your sequence if the email you've sent has NOT been answered AND a tracked link in that email has been opened, within the time limit set when the condition is checked.
No Reply AND Link Not Clicked
This condition will trigger the following actions you've defined in your sequence if the email you've sent has NOT received a response AND the tracked links present in this email have NOT been opened, within the time limit set when the condition is checked.
