This feature allows you to prioritize a single campaign for a identity.
It ensures that the actions of the prioritized campaign are executed first, before any other campaigns with the same identity.
Why use it?
Sometimes, depending on business objectives, you need to concentrate your outreach on a specific campaign to maximize impact and achieve your goals.
How does it work?
You can set a campaign as prioritized for an identity.
Only one campaign can be prioritized per identity.
If another campaign is already prioritized, you will be prompted to replace it with the new one.
What happens to other campaigns?
All other campaigns with the same identity will execute after the prioritized campaign, in their regular order.
Can I change the prioritized campaign?
Yes. When you prioritize a new campaign for the same identity, you will be asked if you want to replace the current prioritized campaign.
